Our Approach
Ecotrex does not take any part of order fees. We believe in doing business right — vendors keep 100% of their sale, the processing fee goes straight to the payment processor, and the delivery fee plus any tip go straight to the driver.
Processing Fee
A processing fee may apply at checkout to cover secure payment processing. It is paid to the processor — not retained by Ecotrex.
Taxes
Taxes follow state and local rules and may vary by vendor, products, and delivery location.
Delivery Fee & Tip
Delivery fees are shown before checkout and go directly to the driver. Any tip you add at checkout goes directly to the driver as well.
Transparency
All applicable charges are displayed before you place an order. Review your total at checkout before confirming.
Local Communities
Our Community Commitment
Ecotrex was built for the towns and zip codes we serve — the vendors, drivers, and families who live there.
When the Membership Program launches and a community reaches 100 active members in its town or zip code, 20% of that area's membership revenue will be allocated monthly toward local initiatives there — such as PTO/PTA support, school and student programs, youth sports, and community events.
Additional details on the Community Allocation Program will be announced as membership becomes available.
