Platform Access
Ecotrex provides membership-based access to a curated community vendor ecosystem. Public visitors may browse vendor discovery by category and view informational content. Transactions, cart access, checkout, and order submission are reserved for active members.
Member Responsibilities
Members agree to provide accurate account information, use the platform respectfully, submit orders in good faith, and follow Ecotrex community standards designed to support organized local access and reliable fulfillment.
Orders & Fulfillment
Order submission does not guarantee immediate vendor acceptance. Fulfillment timing, pickup, delivery, and vendor participation may vary during beta operations. Delivery availability depends on vendor service area and member location. Pickup may remain available where offered even when delivery is not available. Ecotrex is focused on building a structured and dependable workflow over time.
Beta Terms
Ecotrex is in beta. Features, vendors, access rules, and platform operations may change as the system matures. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of these terms as they are updated for production readiness.
